Rob’s professional experience in the areas of accounting, finance, and human resources is a key component of our Company’s expectation to achieve unprecedented business growth in the next five years. With Rob’s nearly 20 years of work in Finance and Human Resources with large, mid-sized and small companies, our leadership team is ready to fulfill JRG’s strategic business plan. Areas of Rob’s expertise include accounting, financial reporting and analysis, employee relations, compensation, performance management, information systems, benefits administration and developing policies and procedures. 

Rob is a 1994 graduate of Bethany College with a BA in International Economics. He also earned an MBA in Finance from the John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University. Additionally, Rob earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
